Ok, I talked to our support department, and they couldn't find anything for your issue. I checked the support email account, and I couldn't find anything either when searching with the email address that's connected to your Eventide account. Maybe, you sent it in with a different email address?
In any case I can take care of this for you. Please take a photo of the serial number on the back of the H9 with your phone and email it to me. It should look something like H9-12345. We ask people to send us a photo of the serial number, b/c we've received the wrong serial number in the past from a few users. My email address is my forum user name with @eventide.com at the end.
