I just added a post to the forum describing my same issue with the H9 and Bluetooth within Mac Sierra. I found a work around, which is to trash these preferences and then restart:
/Library/Preferences/
~/Library/Preferences/ByHost
Upon restarting and opening the Bluetooth System Prefs, you will have to wait for the H9 to be recognized and then re-enter the PIN. After that, pairing works fine, and H9 Control works splendidly. The bad news is that if you disconnect the two by shutting down your computer, putting it to sleep, or restarting, the H9 will fail to pair and you have to trash the prefs, restart, and reconnect all over again.
This has been my experience, FWIW.
