I bought a 2017 imac this last December so it is relatively new. Before that I used a three year old macbook pro laptop. I sometimes use a five year old ipad mini or my iphone 8 plus.
Pretty big variety of devices.
I wouldn’t say I never had issues but usually a restart of both the laptop and H9 would fix it.
I didn’t learn the reset bluetooth on H9 with the XYZ buttons till recently, which seems to resolve things quicker for me.
I wonder if those having trouble can conmect to any device or maybe their particular H9 is funky somehow?
I have two H9s and haven’t noticed one beiing easier to connect than the other.
