I thought I could, but when I looked on My Products, I don't see any algorithms listed. How can I confirm that I still have the algorithms to download?
If you download H9 Control, click on the Settings button in the bottom menubar, and go to Eventide Account, if you log in there, it should show you all of the algorithms that are tied to your Eventide account.
You should see all of the algorithms that you previously purchased there.
