I replied to your post in 2014 and gave a few suggestions that might (or not) have helped. You did not reply.
Don't think you can blame Eventide for lack of support.
If you are convinced that your units are misbehaving when powered by Eventide power supplies, you could contact firstname.lastname@example.org. But, be aware that they will now no longer be covered by warranty.
