Got it. I don’t remember getting a reply after I posted this issue originally back in 2014 unless I missed something? I’ll have to look at the thread… and I don’t think I asked for free technical support at this point. I’ll handle it from here. But hopefully next time if there is a next time I buy Eventide products, support will handle the issue a little quicker than 4 years later. Again I’ll have to check the thread to see when the first reply was. Thanks again for replying.
