If you navigate to C:Users{{USERNAME}}DocumentsSteinbergCrashDumps, are there any error logs there? If so, please zip them and attach to a post here.
Did you always have these problems with UltraChannel, or did they only start occurring recently?

One last thing, is you could try running the following two redistributable packages: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=52685. I'd like to rule that out as the issue.
