Bought a H9 Max second hand and the guy forgot to deregister it. So he has given me his account details to do this. However, when I sign in with H9 connected and click deregister I get an error message as below.

An error occured while communicating with the H9 device H9-Helix.

The stompbox is not responding. Error code


Tried deregstering via the app but when I click on deregister nothing happens?

Help! Is there a problem with the H9 or is it something else?

Please email support@eventide.com with your H9's serial number and the username currently registered with this H9.
