Did you recently update your software – Blackhole, Cubase, iLok License Manager, or OS? That would help us pinpoint why it may have stopped working.
Please confirm you are using the latest Blackhole and iLok License Manager (www.ilok.com). That usually solves most of these problems.
Lastly, what version of macOS are you on?
