It may not be that easy. The Mission pedal has a jack for the on/off and another jack for the wah. I might be able to make a custom cable to do this but it’s probabally more trouble then it’s worth.
As another thought, a lot of the modelers (Atomic Amps, Fractal, etc.) have a feature where they can detect the pedal movement to turn on the effect. It then turns itself off after no movement is detected for a short amount of time.
