All Eventide pedals can most certainly be used with any pedalboard power supply that delivers adequate power. It must have a 9v outlet that delivers 500mA of current for your H9. The only accessory you may need is a polarity reversal cable. H9 uses a center positive connector where most pedals like your Boss use center negative. This will work:
