Hi, sorry to hear about the issue. Could you provide us with the following so we can more easily solve the issue?

• Support Information -> Right-click the Eventide logo in the plugin UI and select “Copy Support Information to Clipboard”, and then attach it here
• Any and all crash reports that are generated when Logic crashes
