Hi snaxm, in any Program, you have a total of six Quick Knobs. If you press a Quick Knob repeatedly, you can toggle between page A assignments and page B assignments. These assignments can be customized by pressing and holding any Quick Knob at which point you will see a menu pop up on the display allowing you to map any Program parameter to that Quick Knob. If you choose to control parameters via MIDI using Quick Knobs, the only way to access other parameters is by customizing the mapping to the Quick knob in the first place.
The other option is mapping CC#s directly to any parameter in a Program by going into PARAMETERS and choosing a parameter to map. With the Quick Knob right under it, press and hold until the Parameter Mapping screen pops up. Here, you can assign a CC# to that parameter by setting CTL Source to MIDI CC and choosing the # on the right. Let me know if you need clarification.
