Sorry to hear you are having issues. Can you please check that the H90 is showing up in the macOS MIDI studio?
- Run Audio MIDI Setup app in Applications/Utilities
- Open MIDI Studio if not visible in Window->Show MIDI Studio
- With the H90 Pedal connected you should see an enabled MIDI Device for H90
