However, I read elsewhere that the TF has two isolated outputs and wonder whether the Little Dual is overkill. Do most users go straight form TF outputs A and B to their amps, or do you feed the amps through a switcher of some sort?
If your aim is to have the capability to fix ground loops and phasing problems, the Lehle will still be necessary as the TF itself doesn’t have any of these mitigating options. I myself have used a Lehle P-Split III to fix a phasing issue with two amps.
