The programs include the routing. For people who want to do programs with different routings (some have A+B in pre, some have A as pre and B as post, etc) it would be just as crazy to have the routing stay the same while the programs change.
If you are using the H90 as a send in your mixer (and never want to have two algorithms on a single send) it may make more sense to focus on the Presets, as those will give you single algorithms with settings. Then when you can find combinations of algorithms you want to use together, save them to a User List as a program. The programs we’ve included by default are designed for the pair of algs to be used together, so may not even make sense for your use case.
