@puppeteer: I am not a Max expert at all but as I understand it, there’s a lot more you can do with rnbo~ than with gen~, although there’s some overlap in functionality. Conversely there are some things gen~ does that rnbo~ doesn’t – for example you can process one sample at a time, as opposed to a block at a time. But I think there’s a gen~ object within rnbo~ as well, so you can do that if you need sample at a time processing.
@studionebula: This is very new, and the RNBO package supporting the H9000 is not yet released to the Max package manager, and the documentation is mostly relevant to the Max side of things because that’s where all the user interaction is. Having said that, we’ll make sure there’s some documentation on the H9000 side as well.
