Off the top of my head (and untested), maybe you can give Mod Delay a shot. Using the Delay Mix as a “panner” or selector switch between in-phase & out-of-phase waveforms.
This only applies to the delay modulation, of course, but Mod Delay is near the top of my go-to list for flanging / chorus. Minimal ms. delay times, and often the feedback(s) cranked up. The only other inverted pairs that come to mind are pitch-based.
It’s probably too convoluted to try & jumper the Inserts and repurpose the polarity Invert away from its latency compensation duties. Again, I’m just winging all of this.
