There’s an issue with H90 Control 1.7.1, where the H9 Preset / List Import option has broken. It’s been reported and up for a future fix.
When that function has been restored, you can go to the page below, and create new H90 Lists from the downloads (or whatever customized set you have in the H9, for that matter):
