The SP-H9 worked as a switch/expression pedal via 1 TRS connector because it was designed for the H9 with 1 exp/ctl input. You can use both the switch and expression pedal of the SP-H9 with the H90 if you use a TRS splitter cable and connect it to both of the H90’s exp/ctl inputs.
Our new PolyFlex algorithm has an auto-engage feature that bypasses the algorithm when the expression pedal is in the heel position. We are considering adding this feature to other algorithms, but I cannot provide a timeline for when we may add this. Thanks for your patience.
