Hello,
The H90 does not output CV or trigger signals that could control a synth via control voltage. The H90 can output certain MIDI messages such as CC or PC. You could potentially set something up with an aux switch to send CC messages from the H90, and have those trigger your synth pads. It depends on your setup and what synth your are using, etc.
