What Atmos channel format are you trying to load?
I suggest you contact support@eventide.com with support info from Blackhole Immersive – right click the Eventide logo in the upper-right hand corner of the plugin window and select “Copy Support Information to Clipboard” and then paste that info in your e-mail to support. We can help you diagnose and debug from there.
