Optimally, sending a video of the troublesome behavior would be best but at the very least a description of the behavior that led to any crashing will suffice. The idea is gathering information we can use to reproduce the problem. Once you submit a ticket, you should get an immediate response confirming they’ve received it. They will ask for the correct logs you can submit.
