Hello,
I assume you are using mouse control to adjust the BPM? You can control+click to adjust in finer increments. I am able to get to 70 BPM without the fine control.
You can also adjust the tempo on the pedal itself and I can get to 70 BPM there as well.
We are hoping to add the ability to type in tempo values in a future update.
