To add: (I believe I first tested this using Phaser alongside Phaser. It may apply across all of the modulation effects (?).
Fast is 4X faster than Slow, with Slow being 1/4 of the Speed set in Fast. That is, Slow 4.00 Hz. settles down to a 1.00 Hz. cycle, effectively.
