Ok- good that you had nothing in memory
and by “did not boot the device” I guess you mean that when you powered up the two white lights came on, I e as if in update mode, right?
I’m going to check with some other people at Eventide to see if they have an idea what else you can do
Btw- we have had some users who have had difficulty updating if using a hub when connecting to a computer. I don’t know if that’s the case with you but if so whenever this gets reset I’d recommend not using one
