Sorry to hear you are having issues.
Please follow the instructions below to send me your H90 logs and backup:
- Connect your H90 to H90 Control via USB (Bluetooth connection will not work)
- Click the burger icon in the top left corner and select “Save Logs” (#1 on the list here): https://cdn.eventideaudio.com/manuals/h90/1.7.5/content/h90-control/edit.html#parameters-edit-menu
- Click the burger icon once again and select “Backup Device”
- Send the H90 logs and backup to support@eventideaudio.com
- Once we have that, we can look into the issue further
