Hard to say if this is the same issue that other users in this thread reported. Are you using Windows and Norton antivirus software? If so, please disable the “SafeCam” setting in Norton. If you are running other antivirus software, you may need to disable it entirely.
To bypass either Preset A or B, you can use Perform Mode: https://cdn.eventideaudio.com/manuals/h90/1.10.7/content/play-modes/perform.html
