I’m afraid I can’t be of any more help. I wasn’t involved in the initial setup of the subsection, I’m just an end user. And I’ve never had to contact Support for PatchStorage.
It seems to go through Discord (which I’ve never joined). I have seen that the site is moderated, but I wouldn’t know how you could make that connection (without being logged in first).
