my unit came with the EU 2 pin plug. If the PowerMax is not grounded through a 3 pin, I imagine that would cause noise and other issues?
We never supply a 2 prong cable with PowerMAX. It’s not our original one sent from our factory. And yes, the PowerMAX should be powered with a 3-prong cable.
