Cool. I’m glad that people are still finding this thread useful. I’ve done some ‘string ensemble’ Programs with PolySynth since, but recently I revisited HotSawz for a ‘solo violin’-type of effect. Add realism by mapping the Tri Spd & LFO (Pitch) Amount to an expression pedal.
If you want to use the original Program as a template, be sure to set the Program Mix to 100%. You can adjust the Attack & Decay (together) with the [P] HotKnob. Theremin Telstar Stalker. The 2nd pitch-shifting Preset is optional, for this use case.
