Sorry to hear you’re having issues. It sounds like you’ve tried the usual troubleshooting steps.
In Live, please try Option/Alt-click “Rescan” to force a deep rescan. The deep rescan is not the same as just clicking rescan and this will usually resolve the issue in Live.
