I think you’ll need to provide more information to sort out your issue.

Are you trying to combine these 2 mono preamps with the same settings to have a stereo preamp? If so, you should use a stereo insert on the H90: https://cdn.eventideaudio.com/manuals/h90/1.9.7/content/edit-modes/routing.html#insert-routing

2 mono inserts cannot be routed after Preset A in parallel. Buy you can use the routing below:
