Not with a Scala or MTS-type of overlay, but you can, in a more limited sense. The default PolyFlex Program is a good template as a starting point.
Manual Flex A & Manual Flex B are mapped to EXP1. Use the dropdown menu to change that to Preset HotKnob.

From there, change the the Mix to 100, with Auto Engage being an option. Your base tones (Shift A & B) at Unison. Both Flex A & B to +m2 or -m2, depending on the direction you want to achieve. From there, adjust the Preset [A] HotKnob for the depth of microtonal detuning. The image shows both voices up an eighth-tone.
At that point, you can leave it as shifted, bend up an 1/8th with a Dual Flex performance switch, or remap to expression pedal to introduce ‘blue note’ bends. With a couple more quick tweaks (Mix = 50 and Flex B opposite of Flex A), it transforms into a finely-adjustable dual detuner.
