    Thanks for the link. I’m a dummy! Im familiar with the Eventide PSU (Cioks/Powermax)…had a brain slip, I’m getting old.

    Seems like you got a grip on the electrical aspect. Something I would do is use a multimeter and go inline with the input/circuit and get an actual voltage and current reading when connected. I know that it is a quality and sturdy PSU, but I would be curious to see what type (if any) voltage drop and current draw is happening when first connected and plugged in for a period.(in rush current, etc.) These digital devices can be sensitive to supply power…1200mA is quite the draw for a pedal only using 9V and relying on general (non specific) supply instead what was supplied. I had Digitech Whammy that was very sensitive to what PSU was used. Basically the one that came with it was the only one that was reliable. I built a supply with high quality parts and sufficient filtering and that would work without all sorts of digital hash and noise like generic wall warts.

    Contacting directly to either Line 6 or Eventide is not a bad idea either.
