We don’t have any in-depth videos showing use cases (just this announcement video), but the user guide has an in depth description of the various MIDI modes (see section 2.4).
Essentially, you use the MIDI input to play intervals that you’d like Octavox to harmonize at. For example, if you have your key and scale set to C Major, then playing C, E, and G into the plugin with MIDI would set intervals for unison, 3rd, and 5th. So if the incoming audio was playing a C, then you’d get C, E, G, out. Or if the incoming audio was playing an F, you’d get F, A, and C out, and so on.
