I had high hopes for one of the REPEAT performance options, but I didn’t happen to land on any ‘pitch-shifting’ options.  As @tbskoglund mentioned, the Bouquet Delay SELF OSC with Tap is a workable solution, a bit more difficult to control.  But for a ‘Space Echo’ template, you were already very close.

I believe you were using an Aux-to-HotSwitch for your “(feedback) hold”?  Here’s another thought, one that can be momentary or latching.  In addition to mapping Feedback to the switch, try adding on a change in Delay times.  Shorter delay to ‘pitch up’, longer delay to ‘pitch down’.

This isn’t going to work in any crossfading Delay algorithm, but it will in any tape-like delay.  (A different kind of setup in the Sticky Tape algorithm, but with similar pitch-bending).  The aforementioned Head Space will work here, as will some others.  Like any of the Delay algos, it’s very easy to go overboard with the oscillations, so it takes some careful tweaking.

Basically, it involves switching Feedback UP and Delay time (DOWN or UP) at the same time.  Again, it does take some fine-tuning to control the ‘range of pitch’ from the Delay extents.  Despite being a switched option, I think it will satisfy your “continuous” requirement.  It’s something I do often with an expression pedal, as that can have more versatile control.
