Hello,

Have you followed these instructions?

1. Press the Programs button
2. Set the algorithm category to PolyFlex with the third Quick Knob.
3. Use the SELECT knob to navigate through programs that contain PolyFlex where you should find SoulFlex, Mind Bending, and Shallow Dive.
