Right or wrong, my take on silver & gold (which always reminds me of Burl Ives singing on an ancient Xmas special, for some reason). I’ll spare you the arithmetic on how I arrived at these specific values:
Golden Ratio, longest to shortest:
- Head Div (a) – 1
- Head Div (b) – 2/3 (-8%)
- Head Div (c) – 1/3 (+15%)
- Head Div (d) – 1/4 (-6%)
Silver Ratio, longest to shortest:
- Head Div (a) – 1
- Head Div (b) – 1/2 (-5%)
- Head Div (c) – 1/4 (-31%)
- Head Div (d) – 1/8 (-43%)
Enlisting the Head Div at 1 preserves the ratios across any base Delay time. Now I want to know where the Head Div fractions of 3/8 & 5/8 are hiding. Potentially under percentages.
