        I have three pedals in my rig that require external power: a Fulltone Clyde Wah out in front; an Eventide Timefactor in the effects loop on top of the amp; and a Turbo Tuner ST-200 in the tuner port at the amp.

        I am considering purchasing a power supply like the Voodoo Labs ISO-5 to power all three and keep it at the back of the amp.

        Will it work if I run a 12 foot long low voltage cable from the power supply out to my Wah?

          i don't see why not. as long as the ends are the same polarity.

            You may have to try it and see. Use thicker wire than you would for a shorter cable.

              PedalSnake do cables that are longer, so I do not see that it would be an issue.

              Never used a PedalSnake, personally.
