        Hello,

I need help with my Anthology XI plugins. I am unable to get my plugins to open or appear within Pro Tools 12. The only plugin that appears is DeBoom.

I’m using a 14-inch MacBook Pro running macOS Sequoia 15.3.2. All of my plugins are registered to my iLok account, and the iLok is connected to the computer via a USB-C adapter.

Articulate and my Newfangled plugins open and their licenses are on the same iLok

Could you please tell me how to get these plugins working correctly on this laptop?

        Best regards,

        Warren

          Hello,

Below are some basic troubleshooting steps to try:

          1. Confirm you have the latest version of the plug-in installed: Downloads
          2. Open iLok License Manager, and confirm the plug-in license is activated to your machine or iLok dongle
          3. If the above steps don’t solve your issue, close your DAW and run the plug-in uninstaller. The uninstaller is located at /Applications/Eventide/Uninstallers
          4. Open your DAW and rescan your plug-ins, and then shut your DAW again
          5. Deactivate and reactivate the plug-in license in iLok License Manager
          6. Reinstall the plug-in
          7. Reopen your DAW and rescan your plug-ins

            Hello,

I did all as described above and they still don’t show up in Protools.

Do these plugins run natively in protools or do I have to open in Rosetta mode?

              Hello,

Most of the plug-ins in Anthology XI can run natively, but the Anthology XI installer will not work for this.

Physion and Stereo Room cannot run natively.

              You have a few options:

Let me know of that works and sorry for the inconvenience.

                Hello,

I switched the Protools application to Rosetta Mode and the  plugins opened.  I then switched it back and the plugins loaded fine, without being in Rosetta mode.

I didn’t have to reinstall any of them.

                Thanx for your help.

                Warren
