        All Software is currently up to date as of this post.

        Mac Studio M1.

        1) Nuendo 14 using internal renderer works fine with 9.1.6 configuration.

        2) Nuendo 14 using External Dolby Renderer V5.3, 9.1.6 configuration does not work. Also tried 9.1.6 ITU.

          Hello, can you please be more specific about the issue you are having with the external renderer?

          Is audio not passing in the correct channels, or is it something else?

            Hi, thanks for getting back to me, audio appears on the meters but does not pass through the plugin, I am in the process of recalibrating my system/room so I will try to give a more detailed description one finished.

              Blackhole working ok on my current project.

              Micro immersive not working, reverts Stereo with a yellow/orange indicator?

                  Hi, thanks for the reply, this morning I have reinstalled both BH Immersive and MP Immersive, BH appears to be working following some limited testing. MP is working but shows an Orange flag with 9.1.6L – see attached screen shot.

                  BH and MP – latest version from website as of last night.

                  OS version Sequola 15.6.1

                    Thanks, and to clarify MPI is only misbehaving when using the external Dolby Renderer?

                    If you could email support@eventideaudio.com with a session exhibiting the issue, that’d be very helpful.

                      Good morning, I have just set up a simple Dolby session using Nuendo 14 and internal renderer. Same outcome (MPI showing orange 9.1.6Las per the images I sent for the external renderer V5.

                      Used Tahoe 26.2 and MacBook Pro for this test, Mac Studio for the previous one.

                      I can set same test up on the Studio if you require?

                        Unfortunately we cannot reproduce the issue here. MPI loads and passes audio as expected on a 9.1.6 channel in Nuendo 14.

                        We can assist further if you send the following to support@eventideaudio.com. We can’t provide more support without the following:

                        • An example session exhibiting the issue
                        • A screen recording of the issue
                        • The plugin support information (right-click the Eventide logo in MPI and select “Copy Support Information to Clipboard”, and then include it in your email)

                          Thanks for the information, I will discontinue trying to used the plugin with 9.1.6 configuration.
