        My blackhole pedal seems to not having sound coming out. After I tried updating the firmware it seems all of sudden it doesn’t work. When turn on..just the red light on the top right is on. Please Help….did I dump all the software put of this pedal?

          Have you re-initialized the pedal as described in the UM ? This is recommended after an update.
