        Hi everybody,

I just got the Blackhole Reverb VST, unfortunately once the installation was complete I noticed that I didn’t have any factory presets. Nothing too serious but it’s always good to have. Is there a way to download them independently or do I have to re-install everything ? Thank you for your help ! 🙏🏻

          Hello,

Sorry for the issues you are having. Please see the troubleshooting steps below:

          Windows:

          • Eventide plug-ins use a custom preset bar in the plug-in GUI, make sure you are looking there rather than the DAW’s preset bar
          • If you are looking in the correct location in the UI and still do not see any presets, check that the presets are installed in the following location: C:\Users\<user name>\My Documents\Eventide\<plug-in name>\
          • If the presets are not there, run the plug-in uninstaller. The uninstaller can be launched by going to Start Menu->Settings->Apps->Apps & Features, selecting the plug-in, and then selecting Uninstall
          • Reinstall the plug-in, making sure the “Documentation and Presets” box is checked during the installation process

          Mac:

          • Eventide plug-ins use a custom preset bar in the plug-in GUI, make sure you are looking there rather than the DAW’s preset bar
          • If you are looking in the correct location in the UI and still do not see any presets, check that the presets are installed in the following location: ~/Music/Eventide/<plug-in name>/
          • If the presets are not there, run the plug-in uninstaller. The uninstaller is located at /Applications/Eventide/Uninstallers
          • Reinstall the plug-in, making sure the “Documentation and Presets” box is checked during the installation process

If the presets are still not showing up after completing all of the above steps, please email support@eventideaudio.com I can send you the presets to manually place in the correct folder.
