Can not activate my Blackhole plugin

I can not activate my Blackhole plugin. Maybe there is a problem with the iLOK account? When I try open Blackhole in Logic, eventide says:” I have no license”! But I  have a license! I have no idea what is wrong? Please help me.

Hello. Same problem for CruiseStation… Ilok and Eventide… Why make it simple when you can make it complicated?…

Whenever you have a problem activating a plug-in, the best thing you can do for us to help you as quickly as possible is to email support@eventideaudio.com and provide your plug-in license key and iLok username. Once we have that information, we should be able to help you in no time. Please do not post the plug-in license or iLok information on our public forum.
