        Strangest thing. I did a reset of the box, specifically to wipe out all the changes I made. Ballerina had those specific vai ish repeats from the song it's named after. It hasn't sounded the same since! I thought you weren't able to change a factory preset? Help!

          What is the product you're using? How did you do the reset?

            H9. Held down big knob and right footswitch upon power up until INITIA displayed.

              Hmmm.. not sure why it would sound different. See attached pic for the settings of that preset.
