Can’t update my H90

        I just updated H90 Control, then opened the app and saw that it said, “software update available”, but the little cloud icon that i’d normally click on for the update is low-lit/inactive.  I’m not using a hub, and i’m using the factory power supply as well.  not sure why i’m not being given the option to perform the update.

          I can’t either – just spent 2 hours reregistering and trying to update to no avail . Whats up eventide ?

              I did contact support  . No dice  ! I am using the stock power supply and  went thru the recovery mode prompts and still getting nowhere !  As per supports help .

                As long as you’re maintaining communication with them they will respond with further instructions. They can even determine if your unit needs to be serviced, which is hardly ever the case. I know sometimes depending on the operating system, the anti-virus software can interfere with app’s functionality. Please continue to provide them clues.
