        Crystals (32 bit & 64 bit) was installed successfully.  I can see Crystals.vst3 now in the folder: C:Program FilesCommon FilesVST3Eventide

        However the Eventide VST3 folder does not show up in the VST3 Browser Content Pane in Ableton Live, I already tried several times to rescan and turned the custom VST3 folder button on and off in Preferences.

        Only Crystals VST works.

        Please help, thanks.

          Hi-

          In Live, try option/alt-clicking the VST3 System Folders button to force a deep rescan of plugins. If that doesn't do the trick, then try the following:

          1. Move the plugin .vst3 file out of the C:Program FilesCommon FilesVST3Eventide folder

          2. Restart Live

          3. Close Live

          4. Move the plugin .vst3 back into the C:Program FilesCommon FilesVST3Eventide folder

          5. Restart Live and hold the Option / Alt key on your keyboard
