        Hi ,

        Just purchased a pitchfactor today and after plug in my digitech FS3X , configured it to Bank/play switch , bank up , bank down… i have a little issue..

        When i'm in bank mode , hit the switch to select preset 3:1 (for example , it's the same with all the others) the preset came fine BUT if i want to go in play mode now, by using my FS3X , the "active" footswitch is not lighting up and the pitchfactor is in bypass…return in  bank mode actually re-actived the preset.

        anybody with the same problem ?

        PS : my FS3X works fine with my timefactor.

          It sounds like the first footswitch is also assigned to Bypass. Please check and see in the Aux Switch menu that FS1 is not assigned to two different  things at once.
