        Andreas – sorry to hear this. the footswitch should definitely toggle the LED state. Please contact Eventide customer support –

        support@eventide.com

         – and we will fix or replace your mxlnk ASAP.

          Hi,

          I’m a cellist and just purchased the Eventide MixingLink. Problem: The FX LOOP does not work/activate. The status on the red LED does not change. It simply doesn’t light up when I press it so the FX LOOP footswitch has no effect. Is there something wrong with my product or am I doing something wrong here?
